HIPAA Safe Harbor de-identification
All 18 PHI identifiers are removed before data enters the analytics layer. Cell suppression is applied to small cohorts to prevent re-identification.
HIPAA-compliant infrastructure
Hosted on FIPS 140-2 validated compute. AES-256-GCM encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. Business Associate Agreements are signed with all subprocessors.
Immutable audit logs
Every query, export, and alert rule change is logged with user identity, timestamp, and query parameters. Six-year retention on tamper-evident storage.
